Description

This project is being undertaken to implement solutions aligned to the culture and business processes that reflect modern Philanthropy best-practices in using digital tools. Our objective is to select a new CRM that best reflects this. While our priority is to replace the donor database (Salesforce, LCRM, and CLO), replacing the full set of legacy systems with an integrated solution may enhance operations and facilitate improved workflows. As such, the feature set for iATS has been included in this requirements document. By completing this project, workflows for donor cultivation, solicitation, finance reconciliation, data analysis, and other donor engagement tasks will be simplified and improved.
