Description

TVO Media Education Group (TVO) is seeking submissions for providing expert consulting in implementation of Jira suite of products (see attached requirements document).

TVO is seeking a vendor to provide expert design, development and implementation of Jira suite of products. Work will include custom workflow configurations, software configurations, and automation rules tailored to TVO’s needs. Vendor assistance also includes business requirements gathering, governance establishment, documentation, Microsoft 365 integration, user provisioning, and post-launch support. The software will be implemented in partnership with TVO’s Enterprise Software Services team.
