**Addendum No. 1 has been created to unlock cell D30 in the Price Schedule**
***Cell D30 in the worksheet has been changed from “protected” to “unprotected”. The locked cell prevented Bidders from entering a value for the “Percentage Mark-up”***
 
The TTC intends on awarding a Contract for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials to perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance including supply of all parts and materials required, unscheduled and/or emergency repairs to TTC’s automatic doors (includes sliding and swing automatic doors) located at various TTC properties 24 hours, 7 days a week. The Work will also consist of removal and proper disposal of existing sliding and swing doors and other door systems, supply and installation of new doors (includes but not limited to, signage, hoarding, etc.), as well as servicing and regular preventative maintenance of all newly installed sliding doors until the expiry of the extended warranty period (5 years from when the newly installed door has been inspected and approved by the TTC Representative).
