Description

The TTC requires the services of Ontario Land surveyors to provide Services and Support Staff on an as required basis. Consultants shall possess a valid Certificate of Authorization to practice Land Surveying issued by authority of the Surveyors Act of Ontario. Required Support Staff may include professionals, technologists, technicians and others. Work assignments will vary in duration and frequency depending on the requirements of the TTC and the availability of suitable Consultant staff.

Required Services may include: Control Surveying; Track and Tunnel Surveying; Property Mapping and Surveying; Topographic Mapping & Surveying; Utility Mapping & Surveying; and Construction Surveying as described in detail later in the proposal documents. Work assignments will vary in size, duration and frequency but will typically consist of single crew deployments in or near the City of Toronto lasting 1 to 5 days at a time occurring approximately 1 to 25 times per year, together with all associated administration, coordination, supervision, office analysis, drawing preparation, CAD drafting, checking and plan certification.

The term of Contract shall be three years from Notification of Award.
