Description

Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) has a requirement for the supply of track maintenance expertise from a consultant who is currently affiliated with the owner, operator and maintainer of a transit rail system. The TTC has identified a single supplier that can perform this work. However, TTC would like to allow other suppliers who are interested in performing this work to demonstrate, by way of a statement of capabilities, that they meet or exceed the advertised requirements for each specified item noted within this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN).
