Trucking HR Canada is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms and individual expert practitioners to establish Standing Offer Agreements to provide “as and when required” professional technical services to Trucking HR Canada. The objective of this RFAP is to select firms and/or individual experts who will then sign a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) with Trucking HR Canada to provide such services, for a period of two (2) years.
