Description

The Township of Armour (hereinafter the "Township") requires the services of a qualified consultant to undertake a comprehensive review of its services and organization (hereinafter the "Project") to ensure taxpayers are getting “value for money”. The Project involves a number of key elements detailed in this RFP. It is expected that the draft final Consolidated Report be presented to Council in July 2020 and the Project completed before the end of August 2020.

A written explanation of why the Consultant should be selected above all others is required. This may include information regarding advisory services/publications that the Consultant routinely offers free of charge to its clients or other information you believe the Township should consider. The information supporting this explanation must be specific, detailed and verifiable.

The proposal must be signed by an authorized representative with the corporate power and authority to execute and deliver obligations as proposed.

Oral clarifications do not form part of the RFP document. Any modifications to the document will be in the form of addenda, which will be issued through the Clerk’s department to all Respondents and distributed prior to the RFP closing date.
