Description

The Town of Watson Lake (the “Town”) is inviting bids to purchase one (1) Crawler Loader as per the T-6 schedule of specifications on RFT 2024-01 document.
Equivalent alternatives to the product specified may be considered if full descriptive data on the proposed alternatives are submitted with the Tender Submission. The Town of Watson Lake reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the alternative is equal to the product specifications

Proponents become registered by contacting the Executive Assistance at cdo@watsonlake.ca. Registration is required.

Estimated Timeline
The Town’s intended schedule for awarding the Project is as follows:
RFT Release - February 13, 2024
Deadline for inquiries/measurements - February 27, 2024. 3:00:00 PM YT
Closing Date and Time - March 5, 2024. 3:00:00 PM YT
Award of Contract (Tentative) - March 22, 2024
Delivery Date - 180 Days after Award of Contract

Tender Submission
Proposals must be submitted in a password protected format to cdo@watsonlake.ca. Upon closing an email will be sent requesting the password.
Proposals must be emailed, submitted, and finalized before 3:00:00 P.M. Yukon Time, Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. Proposals received after this time will not be considered regardless of the reason for being late.
Proposals received by fax, paper delivery or any other method other than what is described above, will not be accepted or considered further for evaluation and will be returned to the Proponent, respectively, upon receipt.

All information submitted is available for viewing by the Town after the Closing Time.
