Description

The Cougar Creek Flood Debris Retention Structure is a risk mitigating project designed to minimize flood risk to Town infrastructure, the public and personal property. The Cougar Creek Flood Debris Retention Structure has been partially constructed by others. The Town is inviting proposals from capable contractors to complete the construction of the structure. The work consists of completing the embankment dam, spillway and associated works, as detailed in this document and the attached drawings and specifications.
