Tourism HR Canada is seeking a vendor (or multiple vendors) to translate the materials and content related to the Belong Project (from English to French). If determined beneficial, Tourism HR Canada may decide to onboard/pre-qualify multiple translation vendors to meet the volume of work over the next 3 years.
Development (in English) is underway and translation work is expected to be fluid and may experience high and low volumes throughout the duration of the project. Exact timelines and word counts are unknown at this time but are expected to be intermittent from January 2024, until May 2026. The selected vendor must be prepared to meet reasonably tight timelines.

Proposal submissions must be received no later than Tuesday January 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
The selection committee will review submissions and convene on Wednesday February 7, 2024, to decide on the winning bidder. All bidders will be notified of outcomes by end of business day Thursday February 8, 2024
The contractor must be prepared to commence work immediately. The project deliverables must be completed by May 15, 2026
