Expression of interest is MANDATORY as this RFP is in multiple locations. Please email your expression of interest to submit a proposal to nmoore@tourismhr.ca by November 27, 2023 any questions or necessary information will be posted to this email group, please do not submit intent on Merx.

Inquiries are welcome until 12pm p.m. Eastern Standard Time Thursday November 30, 20223 and should be made to Natalie Moore at nmoore@tourismhr.ca. No phone calls please.

Proposal submissions must be received by email no later than Thursday December 7 2023, at 12 p.m Eastern Standard Time.

The selection committee will review submissions and convene on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, to decide on the winning bidder. All bidders will be notified of outcomes by end of day December 14 2023

The contractor must be prepared to commence work immediately. Kickoff meeting and contract signing will likely be in 2024. Kickoff is currently planned for Thursday, January 11, 2024. The project deliverables must be completed by January 31, 2025
