Description
Supply and Delivery of Embroidered Dickies, for Toronto Police Service (TPS).
Closing Time
Electronic submissions will be accepted until Monday November 14, 2022 1:00:00 p.m. as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.
Submission Requirements
Your submission for this RFQ #1519241-22 must be sent to TPS using the MERX portal only. Respondents shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX portal as per the electronic bid clock identified on MERX and the RFQ closing date, in accordance with the Submission Requirements outlined in the RFQ. Late submissions are not permitted. Any Bid submitted after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Scope of Work
TPS is issuing this RFQ to obtain a Vendor for Supply and Delivery of Embroidered Dickies in accordance with the provisions and specifications contained in this Request for Quotation. Bidders must submit detailed prices for Embroidered Dickies according to APPENDIX A – SPECIFICATIONS and APPENDIX B – FEE SUMMARY outlined in the RFQ.
Contract Term
The term of this contract is for a 1 (one) year period commencing upon award of the contract starting from Sunday January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2023.
TPS reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional four 1-year period. The renewal is contingent upon continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance and TPS approval if applicable. Pricing shall be firm for the initial 1 (one) year period.
Restrictions, Min requirements and Mandatories
In addition to the mandatory APPENDIX A and APPENDIX B forms, the following completed forms to be submitted:
- TPS Policies Form
- Environmentally Responsible Procurement Form;
- Statutory Declaration Form;
- Key Personnel Form;
- Bidders Experience Form.
Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.
PIGGYBACK
The TPS may, upon request, permit other PCPG members not listed in this Bid Document to purchase against any Contract which may result from this RFQ. Bidders are requested to indicate on the Fee Summary form if they will extend the pricing, terms, and conditions of this Bid to other PCPG members if the Bidder becomes the Contractor. The Contractor agrees to this provision, PCPG members may enter into a Contract with the Contractor for the purchase of the Goods described herein based on the terms, conditions, prices, and percentages offered by the Contractor. Minor changes in terms and condition, including shipping and delivery options, may be negotiated by participating PCPG members. Please note: copies of the Contractors submission will need to be provided to the interested PCPG member (in confidence) in order to review prior to participating.
