TPS is accepting Bids for the Supply and Delivery of a High Density File Storage Unit to store CDs/DVDs in jewel cases at 330 Progress Avenue, Toronto for Toronto Police Service.

SITE VISIT
A site meeting (strongly recommended) will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 @ 11:00 a.m. at 330 Progress Avenue (main lobby), Toronto, Ontario. All vendors who intend to submit a proposal should attend this meeting.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS will be accepted until 1:00:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 as per electronic bid clock identified on MERX.

Your bid submission for this opportunity must be sent to TPS through the use of the MERX PORTAL. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their submission using the MERX PORTAL by the Time and Closing Date, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

TPS reserves the right to reject any or all Bids at its sole discretion.

Goal
The intent of this RFQ is to invite quotes from vendors for supply and delivery of a High Density Storage Unit to store CDs/DVDs in jewel cases at 330 Progress Avenue, Toronto.

Non-Exclusivity
The creation of this RFQ shall not be a guarantee of exclusivity.

Term of Contract
This is a one-time contract ending December 31st, 2018.

SECURITY AND BACKGROUND CHECK
The successful vendor along with all assigned personnel including any sub-consultants will be required to undergo a security background check prior to commencement of any work.
