Proponents are required to submit one (1) original copy signed by an authorized officer of the company and eight (8) copies of their proposal (price excluded), which will include one digital/electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive (PDF Readable). Proposal submission in Envelope Two (pricing response): one original copy signed by an authorized officer of the company, which will be sealed and will include all pricing costs.
The original copies are to be clearly marked with the word ‘Original’ to be delivered to Toronto Police Service, Purchasing Services, 2nd Floor, 40 College Street, Toronto, Ontario M5G 2J3, prior to 1:00:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.
This RFP is being issued by Information Technology Services Unit and Forensic Identification Services to select a Vendor of Record for the acquisition and implementation of the Facial Recognition System by March 31, 2018. The Toronto Police Service reserves the right to award the system and services in whole or in parts to more than one proponent if deemed necessary and is in the best interest of the Toronto Police Service.

All in accordance with the requirements stated in this document.
