The Toronto Parking Authority requests Proposals from professional, qualified, experienced companies for the provision of the Carbon Monoxide System Preventative Maintenance Contract for all CO2 Systems owned and operated by TPA. The Service Agreement is to cover 21 systems and approximately 384-420 devices located at 20 carparks throughout the City of Toronto. Contractor to verify exact number of devices. Service conducted 3 times per year.

Interested Proponents must attend the site/information meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the work required. Proposals submitted by Proponents that did not attend the mandatory site /information meeting shall be declared informal and will not be considered. Individuals attending the meeting must sign in and clearly indicate on the sign in sheet the name of the firm they are representing.
