You are invited to submit a proposal to The Children’s Aid Society of the District of Thunder Bay for our 2024-2029 Strategic Plan. The Children’s Aid Society of the District of Thunder Bay is seeking a partner to accomplish a sustainable and responsive five-year Strategic Plan. The new Strategic Plan should incorporate our priorities of responsive services, system collaboration, organization health and organizational excellence.The consultant must possess proven experience in innovative and indusive Strategic Planning and community engagement Knowledge of the Child Welfare sector would be considered an asset.
