Description

The Canadian Partnership Against Cancer (the Partnership), in collaboration with Healthcare Excellence Canada (HEC), are supporting 23 teams across the country through the Improving Equity in Access to Palliative Care (IEAPC), a collaborative designed to make measurable improvement in access to palliative care with and for people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable housing.

The collaborative aims to help participating teams make measurable improvement in access to palliative care with and for people experiencing homelessness or vulnerable housing.

The Partnership is seeking a proponent with a team that is highly experienced in mixed-methods and equity-oriented measurement and evaluation within the public sector to execute the implementation of the IEAPC Evaluation Framework between 2024 and 2026, using ordinal, nominal, interval/ratio metrics, as outlined in the Framework. The successful proponent will integrate evaluation findings from the 23 participating teams to develop a cohesive, equity-oriented impact story of the IEAPC collaborative.
