Description

Description of Services:
In order to carry out its day-to-day activities, the TSSA uses Oracle e-business (EBS) applications, which are currently supported by internal resources and full-time contractors. As a result of continued loss of talent and a surge in demand expected to last at least 2 years, the TSSA is looking to enhance its capacity of maintenance and support activities related to its Oracle applications through outsourcing.
Experience: Proponents must have proven experience in providing services as follows:

Managed Services in the area of Support and Enhancement of Oracle EBS suite version R12. Demonstrable experience in creating extensions, customizations, reports on behalf of clients.
Development of custom applications in Oracle ADF deployed on WebLogic. In fact, solid knowledge of Oracle WebLogic is essential.
Ability to communicate in a precise manner with the client’s personnel, including business users and IT.
