Description

This RFP is for equipping the organization with a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM partner to enable TSSA to expand and contract its support needs, project work that may arise, and other ‘unknowns’ at this time. TSSA went through this transformation from Oracle EBS to MS Dyn365 for increased efficiency, customer focus, data integrity, process harmonization, and application of Risk Informed Decision Making (RIDM) in Finance business operations.
