The TSSA’s HR team is looking to provide an improved and integrated employee, manager, applicant & candidate experience that can be supported by a contemporary Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The goal of this project is to identify and implement an HCMS that will integrate most core people functions and support TSSA business transformation shifts. The TSSA requires a single application that unifies data from across the entire employee lifecycle in order to enable smarter decision-making at every level. The key to this approach is leveraging a solution that pulls data from a single database to provide real-time insights about an employee. Our goal is to be able to view the learning achievements, certificates, and make performance data decisions for an employee in order to provide a more complete picture of their progress and contributions to the company, rather than having to aggregate data from different systems and manually assess the results.
The scope and functionality for the proposed solution includes:
• Core HR data
• Benefits and pension
• Payroll
• Time reporting & attendance (including time banks)
• Talent acquisition (e.g. recruiting and onboarding)
• Compensation
• Performance Management
• Labour Relations
• Learning Management System (Optional, at the discretion of the TSSA)
