Description

This procurement is intended to engage contingent labour support services for Liquid Fuels, Propane, Fuels Incident Response and Investigation Services, Fuels Engineering Services and Field Approval & Variance Inspections. The overall objective is to have a backup plan for the essential and critical services that are provided as part of the TSSA’s deliverables for the province of Ontario. The intention of this procurement is to qualify one or more provider(s) of contingency labour for each category that would be able to either supplement or replace the TSSA’s workforce in the event of a labour disruption.
