Description

This Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is issued by TSSA as an invitation to prospective Proponents to provide a quotation for Construction Management services.

The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) is seeking the services of a qualified Construction Manager to aid in the renovation of approximately 200 rentable square feet over 2 floors. The project will begin immediately upon contract award. The space will be made up of private offices. The space currently has workstations, which will be relocated by the furniture dealer. The building is concrete construction on a 20 foot grid. It consists of 4 floors with a full basement housing the mechanical, electrical, communication and storage rooms. Only the second floor has a 12-inch raised access floor as part of the base building.

The site is located at 345 Carlingview Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M9W 6N9.
