RFP-TSSA-04-0217 - Consulting Services: Culture Definition and Executive Team Effectiveness

The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) intends to retain a firm to provide consulting services to identify and develop programs in support of the strategic initiative of engaged people and effective teams with emphasis on culture definition and executive team building and coaching
TSSA is seeking the following consulting services in support of the strategic initiative of engaged people and effective teams.  Each of these may be treated as independent sub projects, but all integrate into the broader strategic imperative.
 

1. In collaboration with staff, assess and define TSSA’s current culture and establish a well-defined future desired culture, inclusive of defining TSSA’ internal occupational health & safety culture;
2. Develop a change management strategy to manage the transition; including identification of staff competencies required to achieve the desired culture, identification of development, recruitment or other programs required to address any identified gaps between current and future state;
3. Effective team building at the executive level of the organization in support of team decision making and communication focused on building trust within the organization;
4. 360 or other assessments of the executive team in support of better understanding of contribution to effective executive team leadership throughout the organization.
