Description

TSSA will be conducting a community blitz campaign within Ontario during the late winter/early spring of 2021. TSSA is seeking to obtain mail house services associated with direct mail for two specific components of this campaign as detailed in Part A and Part B below.

PART A – DIRECT MAIL

As part of this campaign, all households targeted will be receiving four CO safety-related elements:

CO Safety Notepad;
CO Safety Info card;
CO Safety Furnace Sticker and Magnet;
CO Safety Inspection Tips Card.

PART B – STAKEHOLDER PACKAGES
As part of this campaign, a number of stakeholder/fire departments will be receiving a package compromised of:

100 CO Safety Info card;
100 CO Safety Furnace Sticker and Magnet;
100 CO Safety Inspection Tips Card.

DELIVERY
Important Delivery Information

Part A – Direct Mail

The late winter/early spring 2021 campaign is expected to run from March 15 - 30, 2021.

The collateral materials are to be prepared based on Canada Post unaddressed admail specifications and delivered as separate pieces on specified dates (to be determined at a later date by TSSA) to the identified Forward Sortation Areas (FSAs) that will be provided by TSSA.

For each of the identified FSAs, the collateral materials must be delivered in the following sequence:

CO Safety Notepad
CO Safety Information Card
CO Safety Inspection Tips Card
CO Safety Magnet and Furnace Sticker

Prepare data for unaddressed ad-mail, bundle in compliance with Canada Post requirements/ regulations and deliver to Canada Post depot(s) by the deadline date that will be provided later by TSSA in a more detailed Project Schedule and Deliverables.
Due to the various FSAs, this campaign will require multiple drop-offs to Canada Post to ensure the communities receive the various collateral materials in the sequence identified above. All overs to be shipped to TSSA’s head office location.

Part B – Stakeholder Packages

The Stakeholder Packages are to be delivered from March 3 - 10, 2021.

Each package is to be prepared in accordance with Canada Post addressed mail requirements and delivered to Canada Post for subsequent delivery to individual addresses to be provided by TSSA.

Target Audience

The key target audience group for this specific initiative is the Ontario public (households within specified FSA regions).

Qualifications

The Proponent shall at a minimum have the following experience:

printing/publication;
data preparation;
bundling/sorting;
delivery preparation for Canada Post;
quality assurance process to ensure accuracy of direct mail campaigns: and
overall effective project management.
