Description

This RFP is to procure a Vendor to:

perform a board governance review this fiscal year (FY22, in the January to February 2022 timeframe);
optionally (at TSSA’s discretion) perform a further board governance review in either FY24, FY25 or FY26; and
optionally (at TSSA’s discretion) perform board evaluations in FY23 and/or FY25. (The FY25 board evaluation may therefore coincide with a governance review, if the Vendor is requested to perform both.)

Please note that the resulting Agreement will specify a contract ceiling (budget) of $200,000.
