Description

The Contractor shall furnish Granular “M” Material, as specified, and perform all work of supplying and spreading material onto Township Roads identified in Schedule “A”, and in accordance with Unit of Prices Schedules “B” and “C”. 1. The work will be completed on or before July 15th of each year. 2. The Public Works Manager shall confirm the start date of the work with the Contractor at least one week prior to commencement.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
