Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of roof systems at the Kingston Campus. A number of roof areas have been subject to ongoing reactive maintenance and entire replacement of the membrane and roof system is being considered for a number of roof areas. The roof areas requiring replacements are as shown on the Appendix- Plans & Details TTS. While this design covers a total of 4 roof areas, the College is looking for pricing for the replacement of Roof G1-S, and if funding permits, 2 additional roofs will be added (Roofs Or-2 and T1-S). This would be based on one mobilization to the property and concurrent roofing replacements. Roof OR-1 will not be included due to current considerations underway in regards to the roof top air handling units.

A non-mandatory site tour has been scheduled for this project on May 12 2021 at 11:00 a.m. However due to current Covid-19 restrictions, anyone planning to attend this site visit must contact the College 2 days in advance to provide names of those attending and determine numbers of attendees. If there are no responses, the College will alternately cancel the site tour if no proponents plan to visit.
