Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of roof systems at the Cornwall Campus. A number of roof areas have been subject to ongoing reactive maintenance and entire replacement of the membrane and roof system is being considered for a number of roof areas. Pricing for a total of 5 roof areas is being requested, and the College will proceed with as many roofs as possible based on available budget and any additional funding available. The roof areas requiring replacements are as shown on the Appendix- Plans & Details being Roofs M5-4, M1-4, M1-3 and M3) and Roof M5-3 is a sloped metal roof requiring repair/sealing.
