Description

This Request for (“RFP”) is an invitation by (the “College”) to prospective vendors to submit proposals for the supply, delivery and fitting of uniforms for students (48 +/- 10%) and staff in the Pre-Service Firefighter program at our Brockville Campus

Students and staff of the one-year Pre-Service Firefighter program purchase uniforms annually. Upon graduation, the uniforms are retained by the student. Students are required to wear the uniforms when representing the program while in the community or at St. Lawrence College functions.

Artwork will be provided by the College.

RFP CLOSING DATE AND TIME: 1:00:59 p.m. Brockville, Ontario time on July 12, 2018.

Submissions must be submitted at St. Lawrence College, Purchasing Department, 2288 Parkedale Avenue, Room 110, Brockville, ON, K6V 5X3 using the following method:

Envelope 1: Prominently marked with the RFP title and number (see RFP cover), with the full legal name and return address of the Vendor containing:
One copy of the Submission marked “original” which must include:

Completed Form of Offer signed by an authorized representative
Any other response documentation to the rated requirements (STAGE II), EXCEPT - Appendix – Rate Bid Form
Two copies of the submission (NOT including Rate Bid Form)
One Memory Stick containing the submission (NOT including Rate Bid Form)

Envelope 2: Prominently marked with the RFP title and number with the full legal name and return address of the Vendor containing:

One copy marked “ORIGINAL” Appendix – Rate Bid Form
One USB Memory Stick containing ONLY the Appendix – Rate Bid Form
