Description

In an effort to address deferred maintenance and accessibility related deficiencies with our washroom facilities on our Kingston Campus, St. Lawrence College is looking for a contractor to complete all work as identified on the drawings/specifications provided within this tender. For a full description of the scope of work, please refer to Schedule 1A – Plans and Specifications of this RFT and the accompanying appendices.
This project will be tendered directly upon completion of the design to procure a Contractor and the construction work is expected to start immediately and be completed no later than August 20, 2021.
