Description

The Brockville Campus of St. Lawrence College has two main buildings connected by a walkway. This project involves renovating the existing Simulation Lab area in the rear building, which was constructed in the early 70’s. The project will involve a total refurbishment of the Simulation Lab space and expanding into adjacent rooms, and will include (under separate work not included in this contract) furniture replacement and IT/Media equipment upgrades to enhance the student experience at the college. The Simulation lab is also being expanded in area with additional debriefing rooms included in the renovations.

A mandatory site visit has been organized for 19-RFT-0075-00B – General Contractor for Nursing Simulation Lab Renovations, Brockville Campus.
Submissions will not be accepted from General Contractors who do not attend the mandatory site visit. The meeting will be held to advise the following:

a. Scope and requirements of the procurement;
b. Submission guidelines (rules of the competitive process);
c. Timelines for the competitive process, including deadlines for questions and submissions; and
d. Contact information.

Please submit site visit registration form for a maximum of three (3) attendees to SLCBid@sl.on.ca.
All questions will be recorded during the Site Visit and the College will respond by way of Addenda posted to MERX™.
