St. Lawrence College currently executes across a spectrum of digital channels as part of its communications tactics. This includes organic social, paid social and digital media, multiple websites, and email distribution.
The College is looking to partner with a company to provide the following services: Part 1: Execute an audit and a review of all digital touchpoints within the St. Lawrence College digital landscape and provide a summary of current execution activities and areas of improvement or enhancement. Digital landscape includes, but is not limited to: • Social Channels (Corporate/ Athletics / Academic / Other) • Digital Paid Media (display/ ad words / social / other) • Website(s) integration (Corporate/ Athletics/ Academic/ other) • Internal and External Email Communications • Other
Part 2: Develop an integrated Digital Go-To-Market strategy recommendation for deployment and execution over the next 12 month period. Recommendations should consider all identified channels per Part 1, and may include new channel or digital activation considerations.
Part 3 (not included in the scope of work, but to be considered as additional services pending budget approval): The Supplier may be responsible for, in collaboration with the College marketing team, the implementation and execution of the agreed-to digital strategy, including but not limited to media buying, social and email calendar development, creative guidance development and reporting. The College reserves the right to negotiate additional services for the implementation and execution of strategic recommendations identified in Part 2 within this project Agreement, pending budget approval.
