Description

St. Lawrence College invites qualified contractors who have an interest in providing Cleaning Services on behalf of St. Lawrence College at the following three (3) campus locations inclusively:

Brockville Campus 2288 Parkedale Avenue, Brockville ON;
Cornwall Campus 2 St. Lawrence Drive, Cornwall ON;
Kingston Campus 100 Portsmouth Avenue, Kingston ON

The Cleaning Services will both satisfy the business needs of the College and deliver best value. Additionally, it is expected the Contractor will play a key role in assisting the College in meeting environmental goals, maximizing efficiencies, and reducing costs where possible; while employing the latest technologies and work methods for continuous improvement.

The College will be conducting a Proponents Meeting prior to the walkthrough of the Kingston Campus. This meeting is non-mandatory.
This meeting will be held in Kingston on June 29th at 9:00am in Event Centre Room C.
