Description

The Township of South Glengarry is constructing a new public works garage at 19628 Airport Road in the Township of South Glengarry. For the complete scope of work see tender package in the appendix for drawings and specifications. The contractor is to supply all labour, materials and equipment for the following:

Excavation
Supply and install cast-in-place concrete foundation.
Supply & delivery of pre-engineered steel building.
Installation of pre-engineered steel building.
Mechanical Installation (HVAC)
Electrical installation.
Interior finishes and architectural installation.

The contractor is to submit all engineering loads and shop drawings from the pre-engineered building supplier for review by the Engineer of Record.
