The Owner is seeking Proposals from qualified Respondent’s for the provision of “as needed” professional engineering services. It is the intent of Council to enter into an agreement with a professional engineering firm (the Contractor) who can demonstrate their capability to provide immediate, innovative advice and practical solutions based on their expert knowledge and experience in the field of municipal engineering.

The Respondent must submit three (3) identical sets of its “Technical Proposal” (ENVELOPE A): one (1) bound original copy identified as “Master” and two (2) copy marked “Copy”, with contents clearly indicated.

The Respondent must also submit three (3) identical sets of its “Financial Proposal” (ENVELOPE B): in a separate envelope one (1) bound original copy identified as “Master” and two (2) copies marked “Copy”, sealed and contents clearly indicated.
