Description

South Bruce Grey Health Centre (SBGHC) intends to prequalify five (5) to eight (8) General Contractors for the construction of the CT Scanner Addition project which is to be tendered by SBGHC within the next 6 months. Location of the work will be on the Kincardine Hospital site located at 1199 Queen St N, Kincardine, Ontario. The work will consist of partial renovation of existing facilities and new construction of a CT Scanner suite approximately 2,000 sq.ft. in area. General Contractors interested are invited to submit their pre-qualifications.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Submissions shall include, in the order listed, the following:
a) completed CCDC11-2019; Provide resumes of key personnel to be assigned to the project:
b) WSIB Cad 7 for the last three years;
c) a credit reference letter from their Financial Institution;
d) a letter confirming availability of Bonding capacity for the project’s value range indicated from
a recognized Canadian Bonding Institution. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors will
also require bonding to the General Contractor
