Description

Proposal and pricing must be provided in two (2) separate PDF documents and emailed to the following email address: mguthrie@caseyhouse.ca

Casey House shall not accept or consider hardcopy Proposals or Proposals transmitted by facsimile.

Any Proposal received at Casey House after the Submission Deadline shall not be considered and shall remain unopened.

The Respondent’s Proposal must be comprised and formatted as follows:

electronic PDF copy of the Proposal in its entirety, excluding the Pricing Schedule, emailed to the RFP Coordinator; and

electronic PDF copy of the Pricing Schedule only emailed to the RFP Coordinator.

Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions set out in this RFP and by completing the Schedules referred to in the general requirements listed below.

In preparing its Proposal, the Respondent should adhere to the following:

Avoid using scanned copies of documents, where possible.
