The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board (NPSCDSB) wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Catholic Secondary School Auditorium Renovations, Mezzanine & Stair Addition and Interior Renovations project.
Bid Documents will be available in electronic .pdf format on
Friday, March 28th, 2025 after 4:00 pm. General Contractors and major Roofing, Mechanical, Electrical and Audio/Visual Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents electronically in .PDF format by submitting an e-mail request addressed to
tenders@leaainc.com. E-mail shall include all Contractor contact information and indicate ‘
SJSH Auditorium – Request for Tender Documents’ in the subject line.

To be considered,
hardcopy offers, submitted on official tender forms, will be received by the Owner, the Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board, 1000 High Street, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 6S6, attention: Mr. Danny Russo, Senior Manager of Plant Services,
prior to the closing date and time as stated in the Bid Documents.
Submissions received after the closing deadline will not be accepted. Verbal, telephone, fax, e-mail or text message bids will not be accepted or acknowledged. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, and/or cancel or withdraw this request for any reason without liability for any costs or damages incurred by respondents including without limitation, any expenses incurred in the preparation of the submission.
