Accessibility Statement

MERX is fully committed to accessibility. We commit to make any reasonable modifications to policies, practices, and procedures to ensure our programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities and to ensure nondiscrimination against persons with disabilities.

Design Philosophy

We believe that changes being made to improve accessibility of the tool are positive changes for all users and, as such, have no plans to include any accessibility-specific features such as overlays. Instead, the website is designed to work with screen readers, magnifiers, and other tools supporting accessibility needs.

Website Validation

We are committed to meeting AA-level accessibility standards as outlined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. Accessibility improvements are a continuous part of our product development process, and we assess our website with each release using PowerMapper SortSite to identify areas that may not fully meet the guidelines. We recognize that automated tools have limitations, so we actively welcome feedback and suggestions to help us improve. When non-conformances are identified—whether due to evolving standards or other factors—we typically address them within six months, or sooner depending on the severity and impact of the issue.
