Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of ROWATT SWITCHING STATION EXPANSION, as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to complete the Rowatt Switching Station Expansion (the “Work”) as specified in the Specifications and on the Contract Drawings. The expansion is to the east of the existing site and includes site preparation, foundations, grounding, ducting, cable trench, and fencing. Also included in the scope of work is the demolition and removal of a portion of the existing chain-link fence.
