As the visionary Product Engine Review Consultant, the successful Consultant will lead a comprehensive organizational evolution of CECT, assessing its current strengths, challenges, and growth potential, and will spearhead the development and implementation of a robust action plan, while collaborating on strategic initiatives and partnerships that support CECT’s mission.
While CECT aspires to excel in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality non-credit programming—including certificates, micro-credentials, and custom training solutions—this position is essential in establishing the frameworks, capabilities, and operational models needed to bring that vision to life. The Consultant will shape this strategic vision and actively lead implementation efforts across each key element, guiding the transformation of CECT into a high-impact, future-ready division.
As the contracted Non-Credit Curriculum Lead, the primary role will be to lead the design, development and delivery of high-quality, professional learning products and experiences for CECT, on an “as needed” basis. As part of this work, the Contractor will assess current state program/product development and delivery operations, processes and frameworks. Following the assessment, the Contractor will recommend actionable solutions to improve efficiency innovation, and productivity in its program/product development and delivery services.
