Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the purchase of Audio Equipement for the Canadian Museum of History
The Museum is inviting firms to submit their Bids for the Purchase of Audio Equipment for the Canadian Museum of History located in Gatineau, Quebec in accordance with the ITT Documents.   The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum.

Refer to the procurement documents for all associated details. 

To be considered, Bids must be received before the Closing Date and Time noted in the MERX ad through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for all associated details.

It is anticipated to provide and deliver the Lighting Equipment no later than March 31st, 2025. Refer to the procurement documents for further details.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Bid on the forms that are available through MERX or as directed in the procurement documents.

Bids may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Bidders can obtain the award result once posted on MERX.
