Description

Services of a corporate ombudsman (in a unionized environment) investigating complaints under the code of conduct and ethics.
Mandatory items:
1) Absence of conflict of interest
Must specify whether or not there are potential conflicts of interest.
2) Official languages
Provide all services in Part “B”, Annex “A” in English and French.
3) Travel
Be available to travel throughout the VIA network.
4) Availability
Maintain a telephone line and email address 365 days a year.
5) Experience
Have a minimum of five years of experience as an organizational ombudsman.
