6011607 - Next Generation CMS for Digital Displays

The GTAA uses five (5) Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage and display information on close to 2,000 digital screens which have been implemented at various times since 2011. These systems are not integrated, are costly to maintain, require substantial effort, time and cost to update with new functionality. These platforms are also lacking the innovative features our passengers, visitors and employees require to enhance their experiences at Toronto Pearson.
This project presents an opportunity to support strategic initiatives by introducing a robust multi-layered platform. We aim to amalgamate and modernize GTAA’s CMS, establish the foundation for other innovative technologies, introduce new features, reduce operational costs and increase operational efficiencies.
