Description

The Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corporation (OLG) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek proposals for a Mystery Shop Program for our Casino Gaming division. It is OLG’s intent to select one Vendor to provide mystery shop check services at) thirty (30) gaming sites in the Province of Ontario at various frequencies throughout the term. The sites are operated on behalf of OLG by five (5) different Service Providers (SPs) across nine (9) bundles, all conducted and managed by the OLG.

The term of the agreement shall be for an initial period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms, at OLG’s sole discretion. The total duration of the
agreement shall not exceed thirty-six (36) months.
