Collège Boréal of Applied Arts and Technology invites firms to submit proposals for an Integrated Case Management (ICM) solution. This solution will support 21 Service Providers with approximately 500 users across the Northeast catchment, as specified in this request, in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions stated in this RFP. The scope of work for this proposal includes providing an Integrated Case Management (ICM) solution that will serve the Service System Manager (SSM) and all 21 Service Providers. The solution must enable the collection and management of client data, as well as track interactions and outcomes. A key requirement is the integration with the Ministry’s Employment Ontario Information System - Case Management System (EOIS-CaMS) to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance. The successful proponent will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive implementation support, including onboarding, training, and technical assistance. Additionally, the proposal must include provisions for ongoing support and regular updates to ensure the system remains functional and aligned with evolving requirements.
