Description

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has a traditional health and benefits program and defined benefit pension plan. The OEB relies on the consulting services of a secondary party to assist in the administration of these programs that would include, but not limited to, renewals, collective bargaining, benefit plan design changes and trending influences.
The purpose of the procurement is to engage a Vendor who can provide expertise in health, benefits and pension programs to support the OEB over the next five (5) years.
The Vendor must have a Canadian business based on the definition within the RFP.
