Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the Tender Package.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform.

Site Visit
No formal site visit is scheduled. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
