Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the Tender Package.

Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform.

Site Visit

No formal site visit is scheduled. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.

POMERLEAU INC, acting as Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to notify proponents of an opportunity to respond to a Request for Qualification for the purposes of qualifying tenderers for construction services in Ottawa, Ontario. It is the CM’s objective to identify Trade Partners specialized in their field of expertise, that will be permitted to provide bid pricing for the execution and delivery of CM Services to Block 2 in Ottawa, ON.

This notice posted on MERX serves only to advertise the opportunity to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), which is available only on Building Connected. Successful proponents for the RFQ will be invited to the subsequent Request for Tender, which will also be on Building Connected. This notice will not be amended should any changes occur, refer to
Building Connected.
