Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Department Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the Tender Package.
Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform or the MERX Private website, subject to the applicable conditions of the site.
For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Chantal Demers, by email to chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than five (5) days, (November 22nd, 2024) before the tendering deadline.
A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled on November 21, 2024, at 8:00 EST at the following location: 14 Metcalfe Street. If identified as mandatory, non-attendance will result in bidder disqualification. Please confirm the names and dates of birth of the people attending the site visit by e-mail to Chantal Demers chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca before November 20, 2024, at 3:00 EST.
A non-formal site visit has been schedule as noted above. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.

Submission date: Friday, November 29, 2024 at 12:00 EST
Bids shall only be received from Subcontractors by the Construction Manager electronically via:
• the Building Connected platform;
• Confirm intent to bid TO: bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca and chantal.demers@pomerleau.ca to be added to Building Connected for bid submission
• All Bids must be submitted via Building Connected. All bids submitted
outside of Building Connected will result in disqualification.
